immune.fit helps you track symptoms, energy, medications and activity, and find a sustainable level of activity. It is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat or replace care from your clinicians. Talk to your doctor before changing medications or starting a new training program.

Check-in conversations are generated by AI. Responses can be wrong or incomplete and are not medical advice. Using text or voice chat means agreeing to the data use described when you first open it.

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use immune.fit. Don't misuse it, try to access other people's data, or reverse engineer it.

What you log belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
