Privacy policy

Last updated October 17, 2026

1. Your data, in plain language

We will never sell your personal information or share it without your permission. Your health data is used to run immune.fit for you, and for nothing else. You can delete it at any time.

2. Information we collect

Account details: your email address and name, plus the age range, biological sex and pronouns you choose to share.

Health information you give us: conditions, symptoms, medications, energy levels, activity, and anything you say in text or voice check-ins.

Connected devices, only if you connect them: readings such as Garmin Body Battery or WHOOP recovery and strain, and workouts from services like Strava.

Technical data needed to keep the service running and secure, like error logs.

3. How we use your information

To provide immune.fit: showing your logs and trends, reminding you about medications, generating reports you ask for, and responding in check-in conversations. We don't use your health information for advertising.

5. AI processing

Text and voice check-ins are processed by third-party AI and voice providers so immune.fit can respond. Identifiable immune.fit conversations are not used to train third-party foundation models. [TBD: name providers and their data-retention terms]

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account's data is isolated at the database level, so one person's records can't be read by another account. There are no advertising trackers inside the app. [TBD: incident response and breach notification]

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. Deleting your account from Settings removes your account and all associated health data. [TBD: backup retention window]

8. Sharing and service providers

We use service providers to host data and run features (hosting, database, email, AI). They process data only on our behalf. We share your information with anyone else only when you ask us to, such as sending a report to your doctor. [TBD: list of processors]

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. [TBD: state health-data laws, GDPR/UK GDPR scope, how to make a request]

10. Children and teens

immune.fit is for people 16 and older. [TBD: parental consent for ages 16–17]

11. Medical disclaimer

immune.fit is a wellness tool, not medical care. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. In an emergency, call 911 (or 988 for mental health crisis support in the US).

12. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll tell you in the app and ask you to agree again.

13. Contact us

[TBD: privacy contact address and company legal entity]
